On August 13, 2026, Philippine Realty and Holdings Corporation (PhilRealty) marked a decade of blood donation advocacy, bringing together PhilRealty employees, One Balete residents and staff, and guests for its 10^th Annual Blood Donation Drive held in The Clubhouse at One Balete. 

In partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, this yearly initiative provided an opportunity for employees, unit owners, security personnel, housekeeping staff, and guests to come together in support of a life-changing cause. 

Despite the heavy rain and challenging weather conditions, people continued to show up and take part in the activity. Their effort and dedication resulted in 45 successful blood donations, making this year’s drive one of the most meaningful milestones in its 10-year history.

The strong turnout demonstrated that even with the bad weather making it more difficult to travel, donors remained determined to show up and give what they could to help those in need.

For 10 years, PhilRealty sustained its partnership with the Philippine Red Cross through this annual program, fostering a culture of volunteerism and social responsibility within the organization and its surrounding community. Successful donors received tokens of appreciation from PhilRealty in recognition of their generosity to help others. 

More than a corporate activity, the blood donation drive became part of PhilRealty’s commitment to giving back. Over the past decade, it has brought people together for a cause bigger than any single organization.
